ENRICHMENT INITIATIVE *

Providing professional enrichment for congregational rabbis, blending intensive workshops with individual coaching, enabling rabbis to identify and work towards goals that will strengthen their abilities as institutional leaders

Replicating the NESS Initiative in the San Francisco Bay Area Providing training in the JSASIP, the NESS assessment component, in four additional communities

Recruiting individuals interested in professional employment in the field of Jewish Education and assisting with school placement

Supporting affinity groups of professionals as they meet to discuss current topics, grapple with relevant issues, share ideas, and brainstorm for future programming

EDUCATION PROJECT *

Providing intensive, ongoing professional training for educators working with teens, in order to establish a deep-rooted connection to Israel during a critical period of adolescent development
